    Steinach am Brenner bietet mit Bahnhof, Bus, Geschäften, Tankstelle, etc. alles was man so braucht. Auch mehrere gute Restaurants.

    Steinach am Brenner ist idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wipptal und seine Seitentäler. Wir waren viel wandern und haben Ausflüge nach Bozen, Innsbruck, teilweise ohne Auto gemacht. Die Seitentäler sind sehr gut mit Wanderwegen, Almen und Restaurants erschlossen und zum Glück weitgehend ursprünglich und nicht überlaufen.

    Steinach am Brenner selbst ist leider durch die Erschließung für Skifahrer durch kahle Berghänge mit Skipisten und Schneekanonen und Mountainbikestrecken verunstaltet.”

    “Steinach liegt ca. 1 KM mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe. Haben alles bekommen, was man so braucht. Das Outlet in Brenner ist auch nicht weit entfernt, man kann dort sehr gut shoppen. Die Bergerbahn ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, kleines, aber feines Skigebiet.”
