Modern holiday apartment with a private, 35m² sunny terrace

The house is located in Sukosan, a picturesque village just outside Zadar. It's perfect if you seek peace and quiet but want to be near attractions. Zadar is just 12 km away. You can visit the National Park Kornati or the National Park Krka which are pretty close. And, of course, there're some nice beaches in the area.

The house is on the main road in Sukosan and finding it shouldn't be a problem. The apartment is on the first floor, but the house consists of ground floor, first floor and cellar. The house is surrounded with a big garden with fruits and vegetables. There's also parking space for at least 5 cars. You can play the table tennis in front of the house or even use the grill. There're outdoor tables with chairs for all guests.

This is a modern apartment in a private house. It's quite big - 80 m2 without the terrace. It's on the first floor and can be accesed by stairs. It has a kitchen, open space living and dining room, a hallway, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The best feature of the apartment is the big terrace. It has more than 35 m2, It's protected from the sun and perfect for hot summer days. Also, there are tables with chairs on the terracce. The living room has a flatscreen TV and a double sleeping couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining area. There are two bedrooms and they are equipped with beds, closets and cabinets. The first room is with a double bed (1.60x2 m) , a closet and some cabinets. The other room has one single bed (0.90x2 m), a double bed (1.60x2 m), a closet and two cabinets. There are two bathrooms with showers, toilets and basins. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Also, there is free internet in the apartment, as well as air-conditioning. On request, we can offer you a travel bed for a child. All in all, you'll have a lot of space, as well as your peace.

The house is 250 m from the sea. Also, there are some great restaurants near by, just 200 m from the house. The center of the village is 1 km away, where you can find supermarkets and bars.

    “Appartement was perfect, heel ruim terras met uitzicht op zee, je hebt de hele dag zon op het terras. Het is ook een ideale uitval basis. Je zit op wandel afstand van het strand, verschillende restaurants en amper 10 km van zadar.”

    “Das Haus befindet sich an der Hauptstraße Jadranska Magistrala, allerdings etwas weg direkt von Straße. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und die Terasse ist richtig schön groß.
    Auch die Zimmer und die Küche sind sehr schön und vor allem top-gepflegt. Auf der Terasse hat man abends, wenn man den Tag ausklingen lässt, die Geräusche der Straße. Das stört nicht weiter. Die Schlafzimmer sind hintenraus und sehr ruhig. Um zum Meer zu kommen kann man zu Fuss gehen oder mit dem Auto fahren. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Vor allem das von einer riesigen Kiwipflanze ,,überdachtes'' Areal ist sehr reizvoll. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Man kann die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen. Unseren Kindern hat es auch sehr gefallen.”
