This lovely three bedroom villa is nestled in a hilly location, just to the south of Apt (3.5km away). It is situated on a large plot, which covers over 5000m2 in size, and has been thoughtfully renovated. Its location at the end of a road, as well as its picturesque, spacious garden, ensures that you will benefit from plenty of peace and privacy. This pretty region is situated at the foot of the verdant Luberon mountains and is bursting with pretty landscapes and an array of flora and fauna. Avignon is just 50km and is well worth a visit with its rich history, bustling medieval streets and fantastic offering of cafes, bars and eateries. Alternatively, you may simply wish to enjoy a relaxing walk through the quaint village of Lourmarin, which has been listed as 'one of the most beautiful villages in France', which is roughly 20km away.
Please note, there is another small house located at the back of the villa. Part of the access road is pebbled and is not suitable for low level cars.
