It is located away from the city noise. It will provide you with a perfect vacation with a spacious, fenced garden, and a beautiful panoramic view.

From the bedrooms No.1 and 3 you can reach the additional two rooms in the attic which have no entrance door. It is very comfortable with modern and cozy interior. Next to the big house there is another small, charming house. It consists of a rustic tavern on the ground floor, where you can have a barbecue and social gathering. Upstairs with a separate outside entrance is an apartment with the bedroom No. 5, bathroom, kitchen and living room, ideal for two people who want to maintain their privacy. There is a sofa bed in the living room.

Refresh and relax in the pool, where there are 4 massage jets in one area. The water temperature in the pool is pleasant in the off-season of around 28-32 ° C.

Nearby are cycling and hiking trails. Very soon you arrive by car down to the sea. In the port there is a beach marked with a blue flag due to the exceptional purity of the sea and has facilities for adults and children such as volleyball, soccer, badminton, slide. If you walk along the shore from Icici to Opatija, on the 12 km long promenade, you will find pearls of the Opatija Riviera. Enjoy jogging, walking, take a break and stop by a local restaurant with authentic cuisine. For those who enjoy exploring the exceptional natural beauty we recommend a visit to the Nature Park Ucka or the Kvarner islands of Cres and Krk.
