House in Bringhausen with Natural Garden and Beautiful View

This holiday house made of wood enjoys a quiet location, right by Edersee, in the Kellerwald National Park, on the edge of the villageof Bringhausen. The lake is only about 500 metres away.

The holiday house can accommodate up to four people. The panoramic window in the living room, the little side window in the bedroom, the terrace and the garden all afford a beautiful view of the lake Edersee, as well as of the mountain chain behind it, the castle at Waldeck, meadows, fields and trees.

The 60m2 of living space in the wooden house comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. The hallway has a big wardrobe with a mirror and a wall cupboard for bed linen. The living room has a big dining table for up to six people, an antique cupboard, a radio with a CD player, various books, board games and satellite TV. A cosy sofa and a tiled fireplace stove round the room off. The bedroom has two sleeping berths, each 90 x 200cm. The children’s room has a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm) for two children, or even two adults. A cot can be added if required. The bathroom was newly fitted in 2012 with a washbasin, WC, shower and hairdryer. The kitchen was also newly fitted in 2012 and the kitchen unit is equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, a stove with four rings, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.

The holiday accommodation is in a natural garden measuring 1250m². The garden terrace has a canopy beach chair and various loungers. A grill is available. There is also a wine barrel of around 9000 litres on site. You can have a siesta in the garden or sit together sociably. The garage has a protruding roof protecting bicycles from rain. Two car parking spaces are available on site, within sight from the house.

There are several entrances to the national park nearby. Owing to the location of the holiday house, you can enjoy all kinds of holidays: a beach holiday, water sports, sailing, surfing etc. as well as hiking, cycling etc. in the mountains and forests of the national park. Pure adventure and nature. The six-kilometre-long road along the shore leads to Hemfurt with shopping facilities. You can also do shopping in neighbouring towns such as Bad Wildungen, Frankenberg and Korbach.

    “Heel leuk huisje, met balkon, grote ruimte erom heen. Je hebt uitzicht op de Edersee, heel mooi. Prachtige plek.
    Geen WiFi en alleen Duitse zenders op tv, maar je hebt genoeg aan de mooie omgeving. Fijne bedden, alleen jammer dat je ze niet tegen elkaar kunt zetten, dus je slaapt apart van je partner. Fijne douche, goede voorzieningen, oven, magnetron, waterkoker etc etc
    Goede en vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar, helemaal prima. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad, het was er heerlijk groen en rustig. Er kwamen wasberen op het balkon op zoek naar eten, zo leuk om te zien. Kortom een heerlijke vakantie gehad en die zeker voor herhaling vatbaar is.”

    “Ausstattung: alles da, was man als Familie braucht.

    Idyllisch gelegen, sehr sauber, Grill vorhanden, Blick auf den See, sehr ruhig.

    In der Umgebung gibt es viele Angebote (teils nur mit Auto in 10min+ erreichbar).”

    “Sehr ruhige Lage mit viel Baumbestand. Keine Lärmbelästigung hörbar. Aussicht toll, durch das Wohnzimmerfenster oder vom kleinen Balkon kann man direkt auf den Edersee schauen. Das Haus ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt: Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Fön usw. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden im Haus. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt wäre.”
