This exclusively furnished holiday home is the perfect accommodation for a larger group. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen. From the terrace in front of it you have an unforgettable view of Split and the sea. The swimming pool also has a shallow part for children. On the floors there are three fully furnished apartments with three bedrooms each. In the basement you will find a fully equipped gym, billiard room, a konoba (tavern) and a room for wine tasting. There is also a sauna next to the pool. The huge estate also has a tennis court, football pitch, a cottage with a barbecue and a small summer kitchen. Possibility of massage, manicure and pedicure for a fee and in consultation with the owner.

    “Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen. Wir hatten am Tag der Anreise einen sehr netten Empfang durch die örtlichen Ansprechpartner. Es gab ein kleines Gedeck zum Abend und ein kleines Getränk. Die Ansprechpartner waren zu jeder Zeit für uns da und haben uns geholfen. Wir hatten Unterstützung beim Einkauf vor Ort sowie auch Empfehlungen zum abendlichen feiern. Außerdem wurde uns bei Anfragen zu Tagesangeboten wie z.B. Bootstour ein Kontakt hergestellt.
    Zum Objekt muss man sagen das es wirklich sehr gut ist. Es ist sauber und man hat zu einer Seite eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Es ist ausreichend Platz für 18 Personen da und auch der Whirlpool war sauber und wird auf verlangen auch sofort gereinigt.
    In der Nähe des Objektes gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es gibt auch ein kleines Bistro in der Nähe wo die Pizza sehr zu empfehlen ist und eine kleines Café/ Bar vorhanden ist.
    Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben uns an einem Abend der uns zur Auswahl stand ein kroatisches Essen zubereitet. Man hat wirklich eine tolle Zeit dort und die Vermieter Pflichten da sehr viel bei.

    Die Gegend um den Objekt herum ist aktuell noch von den Waldbränden gezeichnet und hat zudem wie in vielen Teilen der Stadt leerstehende Gebäude aber diese stören beim Ausblick auf keinem Fall.”
