Marina Delux 2 is a stylish and modern bungalow, located in the exclusive residential Marina of Pasito Blanco, in the south coast of Gran Canaria.

This vacation rental is a few meters from the sea in a seaside atmosphere. Enjoy all you need within walking distance, 2 minutes to the supermarket and 10 minutes from the beach.

It is located just few minutes’ drive from lively Meloneras, full of restaurants, tapas bars and boutiques with well known brands as Burberry, Gant, Lacoste etc. and also to the famous sand dunes of Maspalomas.

This 3 bedroom bungalow has an open kitchen and living room with direct access to the furnished terrace. One of the great advantages regarding this property is how close it is to the lovely community pool, shared among the 10 houses of the complex "Faro Vela" and surrounded by greenery to the delight of the little ones.

Master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom, ideal for children, has two beds, one of which is a trundle bed. There is a third bedroom with two single beds and bathroom aswell.

The house has airconditioning in the master bedroom and the living room. We highly reccommend enjoying the Beach Club "La Punta" with restaurant, terrace with free WiFi and direct access to the sea.

Meloneras golf course is just 3 minutes drive away and more or less in 7 minutes you will be in Salobre Golf Resort.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection. This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests.

    “Prisen er høj i forhold til beskrivelse af lejligheden og det, man rent faktisk får for pengene. Internet virkede først på 2. dagen, vaskemaskinen var i et aflåst skab, da vi ankom tirsdag og der blev åbnet fredag morgen. Tørretumbleren var der ikke. Der var ingen grill - ejeren ville ikke have grill i lejligheden, vi kunne selv købe en, hvis vi ville grille. Tagterrassen tager sig anderledes ud, end på billederne. Et havebord med 3 stole og 4 liggestole, af ældre dato (i forhold til foto ved booking). På terrassen i stueplan var der 6 havestole, dog kun med hynder til de 5. Der manglede en mappe med info om området - telefon nr. til læge, taxa mv. Prisen på 1.990 EUR for 1 uge er høj i forhold til faciliteterne.
