New holiday resorts made up by 27 holiday apartments situated just 500mt far from the beaches in a peaceful location close to Scarlino, a small medieval hamlet a few steps from Follonica, well known seaside town along the Tuscan coast. For those people who want to enjoy a “beach” holiday but at the same time being close to natural and touristic attractions like the Parco dell’Uccellina or Etruscan villages like Pitigliano, Sorano e Populonia you have found the right holiday resort!! The apartments have been recently restored and furnished with modern pieces according to the environment. Single heating.


Distances: Scarlino with its Harbour, food shops, restaurants, pharmacy and cash machine 300m, sandy beaches 500m, Follonica with beaches, all kinds of shops, banks, restaurants, gas station, golf courses, tennis courts, horseback riding schools, windsurf rentals 5km, Grosseto 46km, Porto Santo Stefano (Argentario) e Siena 90km, Vagliagli with ABV office 100km, Pisa 120km, Lucca 142km, Rome 225km.


At guests’ disposal: shared swimming pool (7m x 14m, depth 1,10m – 1,40m and a part for children: 3,5m x 4,7m 0,70 – 0,90m ; open 15/5-30/10) with sun umbrellas and deckchairs; bar. On request and to be paid locally: breakfast service, extra linen.


First floor: living room with single sofa bed, TV and dining area, kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, oven), double bed, bathroom with shower. Small private covered & equipped terrace (4,5m2).

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
