This lovely holiday apartment is located in a residential building. There is a shared paddling pooll where you will have a lot of fun. Volleyball, badminton, table tennis and barbecue are for shared use as well. There is a staircase behind the terrace that leads to the entrance of the holiday apartment. A kitchen, a living area and a dining area are on the front side, while the bedrooms are at the back. Do visit the beautiful beaches in Opatija or Lovran, which also have rich entertainment programmes.

    “Ausstattung
    Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum; großer Tisch im Wohnzimmer und eine Couch im Fernsehzimmer. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und Mikrowelle. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Sehr schön ist der kleine Tisch auf der Terasse,
    Was mir aufgefallen ist: Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit für einen Durchzug, so dass die Wärme abends lange in der Wohnung bleibt. Das Besteck ist genau für sechs Personen abgezählt, so dass die Spülmaschine täglich laufen muss. Immerhin sind Teller in diversen Größem vorhanden. Für sechs Personen ist die Wohnung eher nicht geeignet, vier Personen ist die ideale Anzahl.
    Der Garten hat uns sehr gefallen, da er groß ist und diverse Spielemöglichkeiten bietet. Der Pool ist recht groß und war ein Highlight.
    Lage
    Die Wohnung ist hoch gelegen und über enge und kurvige Straßen erreichbar. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Strände sind zwar nicht so weit entfernt, kann sie aber durch die steilen Straßen nicht zu Fuß erreichen. Parkplätze sind leider in Lovran Mangelware. Etwas weiter entfernt gibt es für ca. 10 Euro pro Tag Parkplätze gegenüber von Stränden, das ist OK. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt. Insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig. Man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer.
    Zustand
    Die Wohnung ist teilweise recht abgenutzt, es hat aber alles funktioniert.
    Preiswürdigkeit
    Für die Lage und Ausstattung ist der Preis in Ordnung. Man ist letztendlich in einem gut besuchten Gebiet, was sich beim Preis bemerkbar macht. Garten und Pool sind definitiv ein Pluspunkt und es ist ruhig.”
