The 52m² inviting holiday apartment is on the second floor of the apartment building right in the Center Parc Nordseeküste, and very close to one of the most beautiful natural beaches by the North Sea.
The apartment is fully equipped and furnished for four people, with wireless Internet access on request, and a big loggia with a wonderful view of Nordseeallee.
It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and two further beds in the living room that can be folded away into a cupboard. The new kitchen is amply equipped, including a microwave with a grill and convection, a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, a Senseo and a normal coffee machine, a toaster etc. The living room provides various games and books, as well as a big TV with a Bluray and DVD player. There is a second TV with a DVD player in the bedroom. The beds measure 180 x 200cm, with new slatted frames and mattresses. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2018 and is equipped with a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towel rail.
As this apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, it is also suitable for allergy sufferers. There is a garage with a reserved parking space for your car. The apartment is fitted with a keyless access system and is accessed by lift or via the stairwell. A balcony is available and you can use the electric grill or the raclette. The blinds in the big living room can be regulated electronically. Bed linen and towel packages can be provided on request.
There are shopping facilities and restaurants about 200 metres away, within easy walking distance.
