"Schranz (KPL520)", 6-room apartment 130 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and shower/WC. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Patio. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The rental property extends over 2 floors (ground floor and 2nd floor) and is partly open to the staircase. If there are fewer people than the maximum number of persons, not all bedrooms are available (only in summer).

House "Schranz". In the district of Hof 2 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, in a sunny position on a slope. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
