    “Schönes, zentrumnahes, ruhiges und sauberes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Das Haus ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die beiden Kaffeemaschinen, da sowohl für den schnellen Genuss eine Senseo-Maschine bereit steht, als auch eine handelsübliche Kaffeemaschine. Der fehlende Wäscheständer ist mittlerweile vorhanden.
    Die auf den Fotos zu sehenden Bäume und Sträucher, die die Terrasse umranden, sind entfernt worden, so dass kein Sichtschutz mehr zu den Nachbarn besteht. Das Dachfenster im Badezimmer hat keinen Sichtschutz (Plisseé o.ä.), so dass man beim Duschen beobachtet werden könnte. Eines der Lattenroste des Doppelbettes bedarf einer "Ölung" - es quietscht bei jedem Umdrehen!
    Trotz der erwähnten kleineren Schwächen sind wir zufrieden gewesen und können das Haus weiter empfehlen.”
