In front (10 km away) is Säppi island, with its lighthouse, after which Sweden. Plot includes private island with a shore. Fenced yard area level and light, own sheltered boat anchorage and swimming place.
Internet connection (wireless, speed 1 Mb). Air conditioning. Sauna in same building, access from porch.
