Apartment for two people with a beautiful balcony and view of the sea

The apartment of around 45m² is suitable for up to three people. A TV with international channels, air conditioning (also with heating function) and wireless Internet access are available. There are two bedrooms with a double bed or three single beds. A small junior bed can be added. The apartment also has a bathroom with a toilet, shower cubicle, washbasin and mirrored cupboard. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with electric and gas rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave with an oven function, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Bed linen, hand towels, tea towels, washing up liquid and toilet paper are provided. You can share use of our washing machine. Clothes horses are available in the apartment.

Between you and the sea lies a beautiful garden with three big fig trees. In summer you can pick fresh figs or eat them straight from the tree. If you are there at the right time of year, you can harvest the grapefruit in the garden. You can share use of the garden. It has tables and chairs, a hammock and an outdoor barbecue. There are parking spaces available in front of the house. There are two boat moorings in front of the house, so you can either bring your own boat or hire one.

The owners also sell their own organic products in the neighbouring village, such as wine, spirits and olive oil. The owners are a German-Croatian couple who also speak English. They are communicative and helpful. They would be happy to introduce Poljica, which lies at the heart of the tourist area. You can go on many trips from here. There is something for everyone, such as visiting the surrounding islands, the old UNESCO town of Trogir, Krka National Park, the Neanderthaler Museum in Split or our own organic farm in Vrsine. Poljica is only a 20-minute drive from Split airport. The owners are happy to provide transport. In Poljica there are two bus stops, with connections every half an hour to the surrounding towns. You can find a baker, two cafés and three restaurants right on the promenade in Poljica.

    “Die Wohnungbefindet sich im 2. LG, mit tollem Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Zum Strand benötigt man keine Minute, da sich dieser direkt vor der Tür befindet. Wer hat kann sein Boot mitbringen. Es sind Liegeplätze nach Absprache vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dieser kann tolle Tipps für den einen oder anderen Ausflug geben.”

    “Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Als wir ankamen, durften wir als erstes die reifen Feigen aus dem Garten essen, was für eine Begrüßung :-) Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Wasser ist nur 100m, oder sogar weniger, weit weg... Wirklich traumhaft!!!”
