This beautiful holiday home with panoramic view over the sea and Split, is situated in peaceful location on a hill. The house consists of two parts. In one of them, there are five one-bedroom apartments. Three of them are two-storey apartments located on the first floor, while the remaining two are located on the ground floor. On the plot, not far from this house, over a little bridge you get to the second building, where there are two one-bedroom apartments on the second floor. On the ground floor of the house lives the house owner. He has a separate entrance and parking and he is at guests’ disposal in case any help is needed. At the same time he is discrete and does not bother guests. The owner maintains the unit and its surroundings such as the swimming pool with counter current system. The swimming pool, along with everything else which can be found on the plot, is at guests’ disposal. The unit offers facilities for all generations such as the swimming pool, whirlpool for six persons, table tennis and football field which can be used against additional payment. On the ground floor of the house, by the swimming pool, there is a space for socializing and barbequing, with a large indoor fire place, old wooden benches and TV. The whole pool area is also covered with internet. Besides all the offered facilities, the owner can also organize for you diving lessons in the swimming pool or the services of a dentist for a competitive price, transfer from the airport or excursions to the island of Brac or Makarska. All these services are available after prior arrangement with the owner, against extra charge. The house can be reached by a winding, steep road.
