Part of an old Tuscan farm, wine village, in the heart of Maremma. The property includes a spacious park with pool shared with the homeowners (120 sqm, length 20 m, width 6 m). The farm offers a guided tour of the vineyards and in the winery with tasting of its own wines, a prestigious production of Supertuscan wine. The accommodation has its own large outdoor area with table and chairs, barbecue and a small herb corner. The vast property (20 hectares) is ideal for walking or running. Thanks to the location of the accommodation, 200m from a highway, you can easily reach the city of Siena (46 km), the beautiful beaches of Argentario, the island of Giglio, Castiglione della Pescaia (42 km) and the renowned marina of Punta Ala (60 km, sailing, golf, horseback riding, etc.), and you can visit the Natural Park of Uccellina (30 km). The pool is open from 9 to 19.30. The former stables of the complex have been exploited for the spacious living room. The kitchen has access to the garden and is equipped with large and small household appliances (hand mixer, kettle, dishwasher, oven, vacuum cleaner, etc.).

    “Etwas abgelegen. Das Haus ist sehr groß, dadurch etwas ungemütlich für vier Personen. Die nahe gelegenen Schnellstraße ist deutlich zu hören. Sehr schöner großer Pool. Die Eigentümer Familie ist sehr freundlich (englisch) und gibt gerne Tipps für Restaurants und sonstiges. Eine private Führung durch den eigenen Weinberg wird angeboten.
