Your holiday accommodation owns a large outdoor space with equipped outdoor kitchen (pizza oven, barbecue and cooker), ideal for your outdoor meals. Here you can relax after your day trips into the idyllic region of Maremma with its antique, small hamlets and trekking paths or after some beach days on one of the beautiful sandy beaches of the Tuscan coast. The access is by 300 m dirt track. The house is set on 2 levels: on the higher ground floor you will find the entrance/living area, 1 double bedroom (air conditioning, TV) and a bathroom with shower. From the entrance/living area you go down the staircase and reach the basement with its large tavern/living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, fire place, sat-TV and WC. In 1,5 km distance Caldana (super market, bank etc…), 5 km a shopping center (Gavorrano Scalo), 11 km Vetulonia (Etruscan necropolis), 25 km Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica (seaside resort with large sandy, free or equipped beaches and 27 km the characteristic small town of Massa Marittima. In abt. 300 m distance you will find a farm, where you can use a swimming pool and horse riding upon supplementary payment directly on the spot.
