The finca "Vent", with its own 4000 m² vineyard, is slightly elevated above the rest of the landscape and offers unique views over the east of the island of Mallorca. The secluded, quiet, rural location offers ideal conditions for an all-round relaxing holiday. A carefully tended lawn leads to an impressive pool area. It is a few steps lower than the terrace of the house and can be reached via a spacious staircase. The pool has large wooden terraces at both ends, where the sun loungers are also located. Once you've swum a few laps and relaxed on the loungers while enjoying the fantastic view over the slightly hilly landscape all the way to the Mediterranean, you've arrived on holiday. As the property is on a slight slope, it was possible to install a comfortable sauna in the resulting hollow space to the side of the pool. Especially in the transitional season or even in winter, you can enjoy pleasant hours here. The outdoor shower can provide a pleasant way to cool off. The finca is surrounded on almost all sides by a large terrace. Here you will find plenty of opportunities to relax in the sun or shade, depending on your mood. There is plenty of space to set up a hammock. The covered terrace is a focal point. Sitting at the large table, you can enjoy a meal or just let your mind wander with a drink in your hand. There are two additional small seating areas, one of which is ideally located at the front of the house under another canopy. A modern mobile gas barbecue is available for a rustic barbecue or a more elaborate meal outdoors.
If you enter the building from the front, you reach a large entrance area with access to the guest WC, with the staircase leading to the upper floor on the right. The entire ground floor is open-plan, without any doors. The many windows allow the sunlight to reach every corner of the house. The elegant living room with its eye-catching, colour-accentuated fireplace is furnished with a cosy living area that invites you to watch TV, but from which you can also watch the blazing fire in the fireplace. An attractive sofa and an elegant armchair complete the furnishings. The colour scheme of the fireplace in the living area is repeated in the kitchen area and also gives this room a very modern and elegant touch. All the meals of the day can be prepared here using the fully available technology and eaten at the large dining table. On the upper floor are the other bedrooms, which are really generously proportioned. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after the day's exertions. The corresponding bathrooms are furnished with tiles, large mirrors, lots of glass and high-quality objects. Exposed beams can be seen on the ceilings on the upper floor.
The beautiful town of Artà with its quiet pedestrianised zone and small, stylish shops is just 6 km away. If you are looking for more hustle and bustle on holiday, the tourist town of Cala Rajada with its beautiful harbour, restaurants, cafés and discos is just 20 km away. The nearest beaches are just a few kilometres away. A trip to the small idyllic bay of Cala Torta is highly recommended.
