The beauty of Villa Petit Chateu can be seen at first glance and you are sure to fall in love with it. The compact little house with its blue-framed windows is situated in a wonderfully secluded rural location in the middle of an oasis-like garden on the east coast of Mallorca. The surrounding rolling hills of the region, which are green all year round, caress this jewel. The ensemble of a graceful building with a terrace in front is completely south-facing. The same applies to the pool, which can be accessed directly from the awning-covered terrace via a shallow entrance. There is an absolutely unique beach flair, which is emphasised by the comfortable wooden loungers and the hammocks set up in the garden. The beautifully landscaped garden with huge trees and countless flowering plants even has its own vineyard. There are two wooden-covered terraces: the barbecue corner, where a dining area has been set up in front of the brick barbecue station, and the large wooden terrace directly in front of the house. In addition to the aforementioned sunbathing area for the loungers, there is also a lounge furnished with trendy pallet furniture for total relaxation with a refreshingly cool sundowner.

You haven't made a mistake with the size of the living area of this super-beautiful studio villa, which offers a great ambience in a small space. This small, light-flooded room offers a friendly yet absolutely tasteful interior, pleasantly minimalist but with countless practical details. All the furniture is custom-made and impresses with its bright design. There is a fully equipped kitchen in stained wood with a raised table and two elegant bar stools in the same style, which can be used as a dining area. Vibrant apple green accents run through the kitchen and living area. The entrance hall is just a few steps down from the kitchen. A seating area around the corner (on request) provides an additional sleeping area for children. In the cooler months, the studio is heated by the oval fireplace. You'll feel like you're sleeping on clouds, as the sleeping area literally floats above the living area and is accessible via a ladder. There you will find two separate mattresses that form a cosy nest perfect for couples in love or on their way there. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin on a wooden shelf is on the same level as the kitchen. The outdoor shower by the pool is particularly practical in this case, which you will enjoy using in the mild, warm climate. We consider this villa to be a small castle, as the name suggests, and an unparalleled masterpiece in the utilisation of living space, which the owner has managed to achieve brilliantly. Here in this small living space you will feel particularly free and realise how you can return to your roots in the middle of nature.

The property is located approx. 190 metres from the audible road that leads from Cala Ratjada to Son Servera and further along the coast. The lively harbour town of Cala Ratjada with its promenade and lively nightlife is therefore also within easy reach. If you are looking for relaxation by the sea, the favourable location, including a few secluded natural bays, means that you are not far from the most beautiful sandy beaches in the east. Otherwise, you can of course decide how you would like to spend your private time in the undoubtedly pretty Villa Petit Chateu. The enchanting Villa Petit Chateu is a real gem with a well thought-out layout ideal for a couple with an affinity for individualism. The casita is centrally located close to the coast, so that places such as Canyamel, Artà and even Cala Ratjada can be reached in 510 minutes by car, where you can buy everything for your daily needs or do extensive shopping. To go for a swim in the Mediterranean surf on the fine sandy beach of Canyamel, you only have to cover a distance of 4,000 metres.
