With its pastel terracotta colour scheme and attractive dark green shutters, Villa Jasmin in the Montferrutx urbanisation, near the idyllic town of Colònia de Sant Pere, is a real eye-catcher. The small house impresses with its well-kept and very inviting outdoor area: thanks to several terraces, some open and wonderfully sunny, others covered and pleasantly shaded, you can move your life almost completely outdoors. From the roof terrace you can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding area. On the garden level, an excellently equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining table offers ideal conditions for culinary highlights. In addition, various seating areas for relaxing have been lovingly arranged on the terrace and in the small but beautiful garden.

Thanks to the many large windows and open-plan rooms, the villa is wonderfully bright almost everywhere. When you enter the house, you immediately sense that someone has put a lot of effort into decorating it with original interior details: This is definitely not an off-the-peg holiday home, but a very individually designed and particularly inviting stay. On the ground floor you will find the spacious entrance area as well as the pretty open-plan kitchen and a dining table. Two steps lead up to the living room with a large bookshelf, two cosy sofas and a fireplace. While there is a double bedroom with an elegant en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, the three other bedrooms and two further bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, can be found on the upper floor. Conveniently, this level also offers a second living room, fully furnished with a large corner sofa and a television. The room can be visually separated from the staircase by a pretty curtain, so you won't be disturbed while watching a thriller on TV. A guest WC and a utility room complete the living space on the ground floor.

Villa Jasmin is located in one of the typical residential streets of the well-kept urbanisation of Montferrutx. The tranquil town of Colònia de Sant Pere with its restaurants, cafés and shops is just a five-minute walk away. The marina is particularly beautiful here, where you can not only marvel at boats ranging from luxury yachts to simple fishing boats, but also take a leisurely stroll along the lively beach promenade. You will inevitably come across the town beach, which is artificially filled in and protected by breakwaters, making it ideal for families with small children. For a trip inland, you can visit the medieval town of Artà, just 13 kilometres away by road, which you can hear from the accommodation. You should definitely dare to climb the 180 steps of the Calvary Staircase to S'Almudaina d'Artà Castle - the view of the town, where many artists have settled in recent decades, is simply breathtaking.

Beautiful house, beautiful location: The charming and very spacious Villa Jasmin is nestled in a well-kept neighbourhood of the Montferrutx housing estate. From the roof terrace you can look out over the nearby sea, but the cosy garden and the covered and sunny terrace areas also invite you to relax. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and the town beach of Colònia de Sant Pere is just a short drive away.
