Villa Can Jeroni Petit is the perfect accommodation if you want to spend your holiday on Mallorca close to the beach yet in a rural setting. Once you have left the island's capital and reached the agricultural hinterland of Cala D'Or, a majestic property with a pleasantly manicured outdoor area awaits you shortly afterwards. Mediterranean palm trees, almond and olive trees stand on a lush green lawn, providing shade for the cosy seating area. The spaciousness of the garden lets your thoughts wander into the distance - you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you when you start the day with a refreshing dip in the shimmering blue pool, which is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. Afterwards, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower and start the day full of energy. The garden furniture made of dark lacquered wood exudes a sophisticated charm - there's no doubt about it, this garden is very impressive and is perfect for an evening cocktail party. For this purpose, there is an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue where you can prepare island delicacies such as fresh fish.

Depending on how many people are in your group, you can use the ground floor as well as the comfortable upper floor. In the living room, you can watch one of your favourite films on one of the two comfortable sofas before going to bed. The house also has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a pull-out sofa bed, the other with a double bed and a bathroom. The open, veranda-like living room one floor up is even more spacious and flooded with light, and you won't soon forget the impressive view of the sea. A cosy seating area awaits you here for your afternoon coffee and there is also a long table where you can dine together. There is also a living room on this floor, where you can watch the peaceful crackling of the fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining pantry, where you will also find the washing machine. Each of the double bedrooms on this floor has its own bathroom (one of which even has a whirlpool bath). Overall, the rooms are furnished with great attention to detail and selected works of art on the walls contribute to the peaceful, cosy atmosphere. Both floors are connected by an external staircase, making them two separate residential units.

To explore the idyllic pine-covered hills of the area, we recommend you lace up your walking boots or hop on your bike. The sea is just 1.6 kilometres away, with fjord-like bays such as Cala Sa Nau with its picture-book beach bar, perfect for relaxing days on the beach. Alternatively, you can drive to the atmospheric fishing villages in the south-east of Mallorca. With S'Horta, Felanitx, Santanyi, Portocolom, Calonge, Cala D'Or and Ca's Concos, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to destinations. After 8.5 km you will reach the Mondragó Nature Park, whose rich flora and fauna will amaze you. Thanks to the quiet location, depending on the wind direction, a road can be heard in the distance, you can also enjoy a similar rural idyll on your property. A very attractive golf course awaits you around 4 km away, where you can round off your holiday with some sport. The family-friendly Villa Can Jeroni Petit scores with its close proximity to a fantastic beach: a day of swimming at the fjord of Cala Sa Nau can be rounded off with a walk in the picturesque harbour town of Portocolom, where you will find a wide range of shops and dining options. You can quickly reach Cala D'Or and S'Horta, the perfect starting point for exploring the south coast.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
