The entrance to the apartment is located on the ground floor, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that has access to a small fenced garden with a terrace. Separate toilet can also be found on the ground floor. On the first floor of the building, there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed, the other with a double bed, both with access to a common balcony. On the same floor, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine is available to guests. On the second floor there is a gallery with a double bed, sofa and TV as well as another fully equipped bathroom. A balcony with a partial sea view is also located on this floor. Two parking spaces are located in the building's yard, as well as a small storage room for bicycles.
