The property is located on a detached, rural estate with an area of around 15,000 square metres. The villa is accessed via a small, winding driveway and impresses at first glance with its imposing design and style. It is a completely renovated former manor house that can now be seen in its former glory. The park-like garden is laid out in a Mediterranean style, lovingly tended and forms the perfect outdoor area for an all-round comfortable stay. The large covered terrace provides pleasant shade and invites you to linger in the marvellous idyll that surrounds you. The garden furniture at your disposal is both high-quality and comfortable. What could be nicer than simply sitting here in the morning, looking at the new day while enjoying a fortifying breakfast and the marvellous view that stretches from the hilly landscape to the sea? The built-in barbecue area invites you to enjoy culinary evenings, perhaps under the starry Mediterranean sky, while your entire group comes together and tantalises your taste buds with freshly prepared, regional delicacies. Measuring 15 x 5.20 metres and with a depth of up to 2 metres, the huge pool is truly impressive. It is also easy to walk around and has a sloping floor. Next to the pool is a marvellous wooden terrace, which is furnished with comfortable sun loungers and several wonderful sunbeds. Sun worshippers get their money's worth here in more ways than one and can also enjoy the simply magnificent view while relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. If you want to protect yourself from strong UV rays, you can shelter under one of the parasols available. The spacious balcony on the first floor also offers a fantastic vantage point from which to enjoy the panoramic view.

The villa itself impresses with its high technical specifications and minimalist design combined with just the right amount of colour and accessories. You can also enjoy the aforementioned views from the light-flooded rooms while savouring the architectural luxury inside the property. An open-plan living/dining room has a very cosy sofa area and a lovely dining table where you can enjoy a hearty meal together indoors. A further living room with sofa and armchair offers you the opportunity to retreat here in a small group or alone, for example for a chat or a quiet read. And nothing stands in the way of a cosy evening in front of the open fire. In the bright, fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for your daily needs in a thoroughly stylish appearance, including a kettle, filter coffee machine and capsule coffee machine. The bedrooms are characterised by clean lines and plenty of white, complemented by subtle splashes of colour without appearing superfluous. The morning view from the window will be a special sight day after day. One of the double rooms is furnished with a 2 x 2 metre bed, while the other five are all equipped with two combined beds measuring 1.05 x 2 metres. Straightforwardness and a simple yet elegant design are also evident in the six bathrooms, four of which are comfortable en-suite bathrooms. Guests have an iron and five hairdryers at their disposal, so you don't have to waste luggage space by bringing your own luggage from home.

If you want to spend the best time of the year in an ambience that is as trendy as it is unreservedly first-class, this holiday villa can only be warmly recommended. The location and surroundings are another plus point. Font de Sa Cala is the name of the local sandy beach in the municipality of Capdepera. The neighbouring small tourist settlement is named after this beach. The bay is located around 3 kilometres south of Capdepera, and other picturesque beaches such as Platja de Son Moll are also within easy reach. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful promenade and good shopping facilities is only 10 minutes away by hire car. The detached sea view villa S'Heretat is a huge and downright luxurious property near Font de Sa Cala. This prestigious property is surrounded by an exceptionally elegant and well-kept outdoor area. A small village is only about 800 metres away.
