Cozy vacation accommodation for up to two adults and one child, nestled in a tranquil 6 hectare vineyard. With its dominant position, this charming property offers breathtaking views in a tranquil setting. The approx. 60 m² apartment blends harmoniously into the owner's home. The communal pool, a wonderful focal point, invites you to relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. On the first floor, an inviting living room with a high vaulted ceiling, open fireplace, DVD, stereo system and an additional single bed for versatile use. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, two electric hobs and a small oven. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and practical washing machine as well as a separate WC complete the first floor. Ascending to the second floor, you come to an open sleeping area with a double bed (1.80, convertible into two single beds of 0.90 each). Outdoor fun awaits you on the terrace, which is equipped with gardens, while a spacious 13 x 5 m communal pool with safety cover is available from May 4 to September 28. Spread over 6 hectares, the property promises plenty of space for leisurely strolls and walks to connect with nature. Notable amenities such as a crib and high chair are available on request. Internet access is provided at a capacity of 58 bpm, which facilitates email communication and streaming, however large file downloads or foreign TV channels are not supported. Please note that there are no shutters on the first floor. Enjoy the peace and joy of vacation time in this idyllic setting where every detail is designed for your relaxation and comfort.
