If you are looking for a beautiful villa with a modern interior design, then Villa Alex Exclusive is the right place for you. This villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom and TV. On the first floor there is one of the bedrooms, a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a fireplace for a cozy evening. There is also a large, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with space for up to 8 people and a separate WC. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and TVs, as well as a walk-in closet. Both floors are air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating. Outside the villa, before you enter the garden, you will find an outdoor kitchen with its own fridge, stove and sink on the shaded terrace. Next to it is another dining table for up to 6 people for a delicious meal in the fresh air.
