Very beautiful, cosy house "Erna". In the district of Hof 2 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 3.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

    “The apartament is located about 1,5 km from centre of Kappl.
    3 bedrooms, kitchen, small bathroom, separated toilet and a big balcony.
    The owners live on the lower storey and guests on the upper storey. Just next to the entrance door, there is a covered parking place for one car.
    Apartment is maybe not very luxurious, but you will find there everything you need to have a nice stay! It's very clean and well prepared for guests. Bedclothes, towels, everything there.
    The owner: Erna, is is a very likeable, hospitable and helpfull person.
    And finally: Each morning you can get fresh and smelling bread directly to the door:-)
    Price at beginning of summer season is also very low, compared to other locations.

    Our rating is 5/5 and for sure we will recommend it to our friends!”
