Along the Canal de la Robine, between Narbonne la Romaine and the typical coastal village of Gruissan, discover the Penthouse gîte. This charming residence is ideally situated for visiting all the sights of the region: the historic heritage of Narbonne, the Clape massif, the Narbonnaises Regional Nature Park with its magnificent lakes and the beaches of the Mediterranean. Breathtaking scenery awaits you on your next holiday! The gîte overlooks the Canal de la Robine, with plenty of walks and cycle rides around the Languedoc vineyards. Its location will allow you to be in the countryside while still being close to the town and the seaside. The house has three fully private, enclosed terraces. The first is spacious and offers a private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in summer, with the option of lounging on deckchairs under the southern sun. Rest and relaxation guaranteed! The second terrace offers the chance to relax with the garden furniture at the back of the gîte, with a barbecue available. The last terrace is equipped with a large dining table to make the most of those convivial moments.

Gîte with access via a small hatch on the ground floor, leading directly to the first floor where there is a large living room with a sitting area overlooking the Canal, equipped with comfortable sofas for lounging around the wood-burning stove in a cosy atmosphere. A dining area is also in the living room with all the furniture, and finally the large fully-equipped fitted kitchen with direct access to the terrace where the swimming pool is located. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180cm). A separate bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, washbasin and WC. A second separate WC. A laundry area with washing machine. A second bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm) and a mezzanine with a bed (160cm), ideal for children. A third bedroom with a king-size 180 bed and a view of the pool and direct access to the second independent bathroom (double basin, bath). The final bedroom has a 110cm sofa bed. From the living room you have access to the second floor in the form of a large mezzanine with 2 rooms: a relaxation area with a 110cm sofa-bed and a sleeping area but also a lounge with TV and 110cm sofa-bed. WIFI connection. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Private parking in front of the gîte. Baby equipment available on request.
