The beautiful Villa Rot is located in a small Istrian village near Porec. This villa offers you everything you need for a peaceful family vacation. In front of the villa there is a large pool next to which you can spend sunny days. Outside there is a covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue where you can prepare your favorite specialties with family and friends. You can enjoy summer evenings in the beautiful garden, surrounded by beautiful nature. An outdoor jacuzzi is also at your disposal.
On the first floor of the villa there is a wonderful living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the same floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor you will find 3 more cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the terrace with stunning views of the breathtaking surroundings will please you the most.
But that's not all! In the basement of the villa there is an authentic tavern with a fireplace where you can really experience the Istrian atmosphere!
This villa is exclusively suitable for a family vacation. There is also a children's playground not far from the villa. Youth groups are not allowed.
