It is located on the first and second floor of a detached house. The flat on the ground floor of the house is rented out to a kind lady. The garden area is at your sole disposal, which can be reached via the second floor.

In addition to the bedrooms, a spacious living room and two generous terraces, you can enjoy the nice few over the lake.

With this holiday flat you have four spacious bedrooms at your disposal. One bedroom is on the 1st floor, all other bedrooms are on the upper floor. On the first floor is the large bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. The other two bathrooms, each with a shower and a separate toilet, are on the upper floor. In addition to the spacious living/dining room, there are two further retreat rooms at your disposal. Adjacent to the spacious living/dining room you will find a spacious terrace with direct access to the garden.

Conditions:

This holiday flat is divided into two floors, each with a kitchen. (From March 2024 onwards the kitchen on the second floor is no longer available.)

When renting to 2 to 4 people, we provide you with the lower floor alone.

The flat on the ground floor of the house is rented out. The tenant works full time, but is available on site in the evenings and at weekends to answer your questions.

With any booking a deposot of 300€ is required. We will refund the deposit after satisfactory handover. So we ask you to leave the flat just as you found it.

If you arrive with a dog, a deposit of 100€ is required. This will be refunded after inspection of the garden and the apartment. If you leave the property clean, the deposit will be refunded immediately.
