In the small Istrian town of Mihatovi?i, just one kilometer from Nova Vasa and five kilometers from Pore? is located the beautiful Villa Eni. A stay in Mihatovi?i is ideal for guests who want a quiet environment and yet be close enough to the sea, beaches and world-renowned Istrian towns. This modern villa with an area of 261.28 m2 can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, who will enjoy the pleasant interior of the villa, characterized by simplicity and a perfect combination of pastel tones that run through all rooms of the villa. In the villa there are a total of six bedrooms, four of which are equipped with double box-spring beds of size 210 x 180 and two also with double box-spring beds, but with the possibility of splitting them into separate beds of size 210 x 80. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the fairytale Istrian landscape, olive groves and the enchanting greenery of the Istrian hills. In addition, there are four comfortable and harmoniously furnished bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub and the other three with shower cabins and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the villa there is a beautiful modern kitchen equipped with everything you need during your stay and a living room to relax with your family and friends. From the stylishly furnished living room, large sliding glass doors open the interior to a beautiful courtyard of 800 m2, which is decorated in detail with Mediterranean plants. In the courtyard there is also a 26.5 m² swimming pool with heating possibility, massage pumps and a waterfall, as well as nine sun loungers inviting you to sunbathe. In your free time, this villa offers you a whole range of entertainment options: Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness equipment, swing, toys for children, there is certainly something for everyone. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi for carefree internet surfing from all rooms. Next to the villa itself there are four private parking spaces.
