Beautiful, modern villa estate is located in a small village Brtonigla in the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, this villa is a true oasis of tranquility that will make your vacation a pleasure. The villa can accommodate a total of 10 people and has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor of the villa and another bedroom on the first floor. On the second floor of the villa there are also two terraces where you can enjoy beautiful and relaxing moments. On the first floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen, dining room and spacious living room. On the spacious terrace of the villa there is a beautiful heated pool of 40m2 and a depth of 1.35m. Around the pool there are 6 sun loungers where you can enjoy the summer sun. In the villa's courtyard there is also a summer kitchen and an outdoor table and grill. In the villa's courtyard you will find a children's playground with a trampoline and bicycles, and the villa also has additional facilities such as a whirlpool, darts or badminton. In the courtyard of the villa you can use two parking spaces. Villa Estate is part of a larger complex of three villas. It is rented as a separate villa, but together with its neighboring sister villas Primavera and La Reina Brtonigla it forms a modern complex offering accommodation to a total of 33 guests. The adjacent villas are an ideal choice for large groups and families who want to enjoy the perfect vacation surrounded by unspoiled nature. All three villas are very similar in their layout, equipped with a beautiful terrace with pool, additional facilities such as bicycles or Jacuzzis. Villa Estate and Villa Primavera are located next to each other, each has 4 rooms and is suitable for a maximum of 10 people, while the larger and slightly more distant Villa La Reina Brtonigla has 5 rooms and a maximum capacity for 13 people . In Brtonigla you will surely enjoy numerous activities in nature or the interesting cultural and gastronomic offer of Istria. Do not miss to try some of the specialties of Istria, such as the expensive truffle, an underground wild mushroom that grows in the Motovun forest in the center of Istria. In addition to truffles, Istria is also known for its exceptionally high quality wine and olive oil, placing it ahead of European champions such as Spain or France. In Istria you will come across numerous vineyards and wine roads, whose landscape, natural beauty and centuries-old culture of wine growing will leave no one indifferent. In Brtonigla, during the summer months, there are various festivals dedicated to the rich oeno-gastronomic offer of Istria. Do not miss to visit the festival of chocolate and wine, which will evoke all gourmet delights, or the festival of Istrian Malvasia, a local variety of Istrian wine. Not far from Brtonigla is the aqua park Istralandia, whose water adventures will surely be enjoyed even by the youngest. Somewhat more distant beaches are located in the center of Umag, for example the rocky beach Karigador or the beach Kanova. Indulge in all the charm of magical Istria and treat yourself to relaxing moments in the luxury of Villa Estate! Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable locally. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion and for a fee. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups only upon payment of a refundable deposit of 1000 EUR. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under 27 years of age. If you are a youth group, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
