The beautiful modern-style Villa Primavera is characterised by its luxurious interior and isolated location. The villa is surrounded by unspoilt nature and is located in the magical Brtonigla, a small town in northwestern Istria. The total area of Villa Primavera is 230 m2 and the total capacity of the villa is 10 people. The villa has 4 luxurious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Three bedrooms have king-size beds and one has 2 single beds. All bedrooms also have their own fully equipped bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa and the rest are on the upper floor, where you have two terraces from which you can enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful views of the greenery and nature that surround this luxurious beauty. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and an additional toilet. On the spacious terrace and in the courtyard of the villa there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outdoor table and a beautiful pool of 40 m2. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool where you can enjoy the summer sun. For complete relaxation, there is a jacuzzi right next to the pool in the villa's green courtyard. In the fully fenced yard there is a beautiful green lawn with a playground for children with a trampoline, and badminton and bicycles are also available for use. There are two parking spaces in the courtyard and an additional car park outside the courtyard. Villa Primavera is part of a larger complex of three villas. It is rented out as a separate villa, but together with its neighbouring sister villas Estate and La Reina Brtonigla it forms a modern complex offering accommodation for a total of 33 guests. The adjoining villas are an ideal choice for large groups and families who want to enjoy the perfect holiday in the midst of unspoilt nature. All three villas are very similar in layout, equipped with a beautiful terrace with pool, additional facilities such as bicycles or whirlpools. Villa Estate and Villa Primavera are located next to each other, each have 4 rooms and are suitable for a maximum of 10 people, while the larger and slightly more distant Villa La Reina Brtonigla has 5 rooms and a maximum capacity for 13 people. If you prefer outdoor activities, Brtonigla will delight you with a beautiful landscape full of greenery where you can relax on romantic walks. In Istria you will find many wine roads, as this region is known for its excellent oeno-gastronomic offer. Wines such as Malvasia, Teran, Muscat or Merlot, which will delight even the most demanding palates, can be tasted on one of the many wine tours that Istria offers. In addition to wine tours, you can also experience olive oil tours in Istria, another authentic gastronomic product of this magical region. During your stay in Istria, don't miss out on tasting the gastronomic jewel that is the truffle, an expensive underground mushroom with a bitter taste that can be found in many places in the centre of Istria. For those who enjoy visiting cultural monuments and exploring historical streets, Brtonigla will delight you with its picturesque houses and medieval monuments that will take you back to the history of this fairytale town. For the little ones, Brtonigla also has the Istralandia Aquapark with lots of interesting content. Don't miss out on some of the summer festivals and local events such as the Chocolate and Wine Festival, the Istrian Malvasia Festival or the ethno event In the Colours of Istria, which take place in Brtonigla during the summer months. Treat yourself to relaxation in Brtonigla and enjoy the luxury of the beautiful Villa Primavera! Pool heating is available for an additional fee payable locally. Pets are allowed in this property at the owner's discretion and for a fee. Please note that this property only accepts youth groups upon payment of a refundable deposit of 1000 EUR. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 27. If you are a youth group, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and subsequently refunded to you.
