Holiday apartment at the farm

The holiday apartment built in 1950, was renovated in 2005 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located on a farm. Also due to the view over the valley from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Refund the deposit within 7 days after departure via bank transfer.

Location
Schlitters, district Schlitterberg, 890 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a farm, on a open garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. In the same house there are 2 Holiday Flats TIR ZIL 263 and TIR ZIL 264 (depending for 7 persons). The mountain farm is surrounded by woods and meadows. On the property there is a game reserve, children's playground, Gillmöglichkeit, parking. In-house products such as Organic eggs, fruit berries, yoghurt, honey, tea, spirits and hay milk can all be purchased. Our pets can look at and like to be caressed and cared for. Court guidance possible Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 3000 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. Access is via a paved mountain road. Snow chains should be included, but are rarely used. Always comply Arrival Description by the landlord, do not blindly go to navigation!

Guests have a separate entrance; Do not use the landlord's entrance. Eat-in kitchen with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa. Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on mattress and TV. Bedroom (11 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on mattress.     “Zeer goede ontvangst, familie Nail zijn zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Het appartement was mooi en modern ingericht. voldoende ruimte. Echt alles was aanwezig, zeker voldoende materiaal zoals borden, glazen, ... echt alles was er. In vergelijking met andere appartement die wij voordien hebben gehuurd was dit top.”
