The flat is located in the district of Haltern-Sythen, is approx. 98 sqm and is on the second floor of a two-family house.Many sights and recreational opportunities are nearby, such as the Silbersee II swimming lake, the Haltern reservoir, Sythen Castle and the Old Water Mill. Numerous cycling and hiking trails are located directly at the holiday home or can be reached in a few minutes. The town centre of Haltern am See is approx. 6 km away.
The newly furnished holiday flat has a spacious, open-plan living-dining area, a modern kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, hallway, bathroom and guest toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher , fridge with freezer compartment, a large toaster , egg boiler, kettle, 80-piece kitchen aid set, 6 pots and pans, six-piece Majorcan crockery as well as cutlery and high-quality glasses to cover every need. The CoffeePerfect coffee machine with a large selection of speciality coffees offers coffee lovers every option. Furthermore, a music box with Bluetooth and a portable CD and radio player are available. WLAN is of course free of charge.
The exclusive living and dining area has a 2.70 m long, beautiful wooden table with six chairs, a large couch landscape to snuggle into with 2 reading lamps and a 65 inch TV.
