The property is located in the village of Račja Vas on Ćićarija, in the municipality of Lanišće, at 692 m above sea level. In the center of the village there is a drinking water source, a church from 1580 and a bell tower from 1586. Račja Vas is a traditional mountain destination and a destination for mountain hiking. From the village there is a signpost for the climb to the peak of Orljak (1106 m). If you are a fan of OFF ROAD and BIKE rides on a gravel road, you can reach Veprinc from Račje Vasa after 22 km. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot on the property.
