Illeris is a beautiful holiday home area situated in the north of Hvalpsund. Limfjord is a beautiful place to relax. Explore the ancient history that takes you back in time, for example, the Ertebølle Stone Age Centre. A visit to Vitskøl Abbey near Treand and the Mussel town Løgstør (Muschelstadt Løgstør) is also recommended. Frederik VII canal is the best place to enjoy a boat ride. This holiday cottage is also a wonderful base for golfers as beautiful golf grounds are located just a few kilometres away.

    “Die Betten waren recht klein, aber zum Glück ja ausreichend für Kinder. Einige Leuchtmittel waren defekt und zwei Heizungen schienen auch nicht zu funktionieren. Das störte uns aber nicht so, da es noch recht warm draußen war und wir uns abends den Kamin angemacht haben. Das Haus steht in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung nur knapp 800 Meter vom nächsten Ort (Hvalpsund) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt, auf einem großen Grundstück. Alles schön ruhig und in der Natur. Dort angrenzend ist dann auch das Fjord, welches man mit einer Autofähre überqueren kann, oder aber auch mit einem Umweg von ca.25km umfahren kann. Kommt ja auch immer drauf an, wo man hin will. Zum nächsten größeren Ort (Farsö) sind es auch nur 9km. Dort gibt es dann alles Weitere (Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bank usw.), was man benötigt. Dieser Ferienort ist Etwas für Naturfreunde.”
