Holiday apartment with an outdoor pool and WiFi

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2002 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place. Dogs are not allowed in the garden.

Desná v Jizerských horách, 600 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 900 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The property is located on the Desna River. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) in the carport and on the property. The parking space is lockable by a chain.

    “Zentral in Desna gelegen; Küche unten, Wohnen, Schlafen, Bad oben. Wohnen (2-3 Betten) und Küche zueinander ziemlich offen, nur Schlafraum (2Betten) ist ein abgeschlossener Raum. Küchenausstattung: alles o.k., Licht ziemlich dunkel.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und auch optisch ansprechend eingerichtet. Außer einem Toaster und einem Föhn waren alle wichtigen Haushaltsgegenstände vorhanden. Super ist auch der Garten mit Möbeln und Pool, den wir in unserem Sommerurlaub gerne genutzt haben. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und bequem. Einzig die Betten waren sehr hart und unbequem. Wenn man sich darauf einstellt, auf einer Ausziehcouch zu schlafen und keine weichen Ansprüche an die Liege stellt, dann kann man sich vielleicht damit abfinden.”

Hinten ist ein kleiner Garten und der Fluß, letzteres ist für Kinder toll. Leider sind die Wände sehr dünn, so dass man hört, wenn die Nachbarn sich duschen oder laut reden. Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet: zwei Kochplatten, kein Ofen, kein Toster, abgezählte Teller, unscharfe Messer, kaum Koch-Utensilien.”

    “Die Ausstattung ist für einen Urlaub in Tschechien sehr gut und der Preis angemessen, "gefehlt" hat mir nur ein Toaster, was durch günstige Brötchen aus dem nahen "Prima Market" kompensiert werden konnte. Dafür gab es aber sogar ein Heisluftgebläse, welches das schnelle Trocknen der Ski-Ausrüstung erleichtert hat und der Vermieter war so nett uns den Netzwerkschlüssel zu seinem W-Lan und somit den Zugang zum Internet kostenlos zur Verfühgung zu stellen.
    Zum TV ist zu sagen, das wir nach einigem probieren Sender in fast allen Sprachen der Welt empfingen aber nur einen Deutschsprachigen Sender, was aber auch an Bedienungsfehlern meinerseits liegen kann. Da wir eh den ganzen Tag in den nahegelegenen Skigebieten waren und nur abends Musik aus dem TV holten war uns das aber egal.”
