Large farmhouse recently restored retaining its original characteristics and set in the Apennine hills ca. 5 km to Apecchio, between the Marche and Umbria regions (700 m a.s.l.). On a big lawn, 10 m below the house, there is a swimming pool. The house is particularly suitable for families with children or group of friends who wish to spend their holidays in contact with nature. The very hospitable owners run a wellness center which is about 20 km away, with spa swimming pool, sports facilities with specialized medical staff, doctors, as well as an excellent restaurants.
