In Skiveren you will find this beautiful wooden summer cottage, situated on a large natural plot overlooking the unspoiled nature.

This nature-oriented vacation home offers you a true cottage atmosphere with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Here you can enjoy your evening tea with your company by a crackling fireplace, use the time to read a novel or use the large and partially covered south and west facing wooden terrace to barbecue together or get a tan in the sun. Last but not least, there are also two bicycles at your disposal for day trips in the surrounding area.

Those seeking rest and relaxation can enjoy their time out walking and hiking through the impressive nature reserve that surrounds Skiveren. And also the inland dune, as well as the forest and heath areas provide the most beautiful recreational moments in the fresh air. About 21 km from Skiveren, you will find one of the largest shifting sand dunes in Europe, Råbjerg Mile, which moves every year, 15 m in a northeasterly direction and is definitely worth a visit. In addition, there are many other attractions, such as the studios and workshops of artists and craftsmen who live and work here in North Jutland. In Ørnereservatet near Tverstedt you can meet the largest eagle species in the world and be there when they are fed in the air. In summer, the grocery store and café at Skiveren Camping are open. You can also play mini golf or swim in the campsite's outdoor pool for a fee. It is also 12 km to Aalbæk, a cozy harbor town with a rich business life, and 15 km to Bindslev, a small town with also a small selection of stores.
