Villa Artist

Poreč is a small tourist town in the west of Istria. Larger cities such as Pula and Rovinj are 60 km and 37 km away.

The beautiful Beach Špadići is just 8 km away. Shops and a restaurant are 4 km away from the villa, the city center 6 km and Airport Pula 60 km



Villa Artist is a beautifully decorated holiday house near Porec. The house owners are a British couple living in Germany.

Many of the paintings in the house were painted by local artists.

A heated pool and a covered terrace with barbecue are a favorite gathering place for our guests.

The house provides 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A large living room and fully equipped kitchen offer comfort for large groups of 8 people. All windows in the villa are protected by a mosquito net.

Entertainment facilities such as pool table and table tennis are a guaranteed fun for all ages. WiFi and satellite TV are available. Within the yard are private fenced parking and a green area with olive trees.

    “Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Viele Badezimmer, dass man nicht teilen muss. Entertainment ist auch genug im Haus. Pool sehr groß und sauber.
    Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man muss nichts extra mitnehmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
