Located in a quiet rural village of Stankovci, where the smell of the sea mingles with the scent of Mediterranean plants, this beautiful villa offers its guests peace and privacy. Built in the 19th century and renovated in traditional style in 2021, the family stone house offers historic charm and plenty of space for family and friends to relax.

This comfortable house in modern design with a touch of rustic offers space for up to 6 guests. You will be greeted with a welcome pack in the fully equipped kitchen and have the opportunity to prepare delicacies on the outdoor barbecue and linger under a wooden gazebo and in the natural shade of a centuries-old church tree. Here you will find your own private, heated pool where the whole family can spend many pleasant hours. Relax on the sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the sunny weather all day long. There is also plenty of space and toys for younger guests. Next to the villa there is a playground for children with swings, while badminton and basketball are on offer for adults.

If you want to swim in the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea, you can drive to the beach in about 10 minutes. The nearest beach is in Pirovac (10 km) and nearby are the famous tourist towns of Vodice (22 km) and Biograd (30 km). If you want to go on a day trip, visit the beautiful towns of Sibenik (25 km) and Zadar (50 km), which will delight you with their historical and cultural sights. Experience the unique flora and fauna in Krka National Park, Kornati National Park and Vrana Lake Nature Park. We also recommend a visit to the beautiful islands of the ibenik and Zadar archipelagos.
