    “Leuke oude cottage (1850), goed verbouwd en onderhouden. Voldoende leefruimte voor vier personen met twee ruime slaapkamers, een ruime badkamer met bad, een woonkamer op de tweede verdieping met een voldoende uitgeruste kookhoek met oven en magnetron. Ruim terras met vier stoelen en een tuintafel met een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht over de mooie glooiende omgeving van Axminster in Devon.”

    “Die Wohnung war sauber und hell und hatte ein großes Badezimmer. Die Wohnzimmermöbel sind zwar etwas älter, aber das war nicht schlimm. Vor dem Haus ist ein großer Rasen zum Fußballspielen geeignet mit Schaukel und Rutsche, was für Kinder sicherlich von Vorteil ist. In der Wiese daneben konnte man sogar Rehe beobachten.     “Ein klassisches englisches Haus, schmal mit steiler Treppe, so wie es nunmal ist. Die Küche ist gut und komplett eingerichtet. 5 Digitalkanäle im TV. Das Bad sauber und groß. Die Schlafzimmer sauber. Die Einrichtung insgesamt etwas älter, was aber auch Charme hat. Die Vermieterfamilie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Die Häuser liegen abseits dafür aber ruhig. Axminster selbst ist in 20 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
    Kurzum, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
    Ein idealer Stützpunkt für Fossilsucher ... Jurassic Coast ..

    Achja, 1 Pfund Münzen mitnehmen für den Stromkasten (wir kamen mit einer Münze pro Tag gut aus).”
