CASA DOS AMIGOS with a view of the seaThe cottage is suitable for max. 6 persons.+ 2 toddlersIt is also suitable for wintering, lies in the mountains and you can see the sea.The holiday home has a ground floor and a 1st floor.In the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen.The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and other extras.The living room has a large dining table with 6 chairs, sofa bed for 2 persons, colour TV with German and international channels. A stereo system with CD player and DVD player is available.On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 1 double bed (2 mattresses 0,90x2,00m), a bedroom with a double bed (a large mattress 1,60x2,00m), a bathroom with tub, WC, washbasin, washing machine and a small bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.On the upper floor (with separate entrance) there is a small bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, a bedroom with 1 double bed (2 mattresses 0,90x2,0m) and a small kitchen with fridge, a colour TV and a suite with table. There is a travel cot for children and a high chair.Outside area: There we have a pool (5 x 8 m), a barbecue area, a terrace with garden furniture, 6 sunbeds with parasols, a solar outdoor shower and the garden with parking space. The property is partially fenced.The distance to the beach is about 12 km. The village centre with restaurants, markets and the post office is approx. 1.5 km away.Shopping centers are located in Loule, Olhao, Tavira, Faro, Albufeira and Portimao.In the centre of Vilamoura there is a beautiful beach with water skiing and other sports activities. Vilamoura also has a large golf park with a golf school and a marina worth seeing with many restaurants, bars and shops. The Algarve has its own charm all year round.A car is required when renting the holiday home. Near Estoi you can find and visit Loule,which is located 12km to the west.Loule itself is a beautiful small town with cafes,restaurants and loads more including a market every day.All portuguese style.Beaches you find(12-19km)ont the islands of Armona, Culatra,and Farol with ferry connections from Olhao.More beaches are at Ilha de Faro accessible with your car.Furthermore if u fancy going shopping,there are a range of shopping centres available including in Olhao,Tavira,Portimao and Albufeira.     “Eine sehr schöne und saubere Liegenschaft mit allem was es braucht, um sich wunderbar zu erholen. Mit einem Mietauto der perfekte Ort, um die Gegend zu erkundschaften und dann immer wieder in die Ruhe zurückkehren. Positiv: Sehr schöner und sauberer Pool, ruhige Lage und doch in guter Distanz zum Meer. Perfekt für Menschen die äusserliche wie innerliche Entschleunigung suchen.”

    “Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Küche hat alles was es braucht Positiv: Der Garten und Poolbereich mit absoluter Privatsphäre, sehr ruhige Lage, kaum Durchgangsverkehr. Netter, unkomplizierter Verwalter, er geht auch auf Wünsche und Anregungen nach Möglichkeit ein. Der Pool wird ca. 2 mal die Woche von ihm gereinigt und gewartet. Wir hatten mit einem süssen Kätzchen bald mal Freundschaft geschlossen und die anhängliche Dame des öfteren begrüsst. Negativ: nichts, alles gut”

    “Wir waren von dem Ferienhaus sehr begeistert. Die Anfahrt den Berg hinauf ist etwas für gute Autofahrer, aber es geht. Oben angekommen wird man belohnt, wenn man das Haus und den Pool sieht. Unser Urlaub war viel zu schnell vorbei und wir vermissen den Pool jeden Tag. Umgebung: Supermarket - Im Einkaufszentrum von Faro (Algarve Center) Restaurant: Restaurants mit Sicht auf das Meer - In Albufera haben wir sehr gut und preiswert gegessen Ausflüge: Südkap - es war einfach spitze und dort gibt es eine deutsche Bratwurt”
