The Tauber Glamping Mobil is a converted historical "Tempo Matador" with trailer, which stands on an orchard near Hochhausen/Tauberbischofsheim. The former construction site vehicle was restored and luxuriously converted into a Glamping Mobile. Kitchen and bath are located in the trailer. Enjoy almost all the amenities of a holiday home and the freedom of nature at the same time.
The suburb Hochhausen von Tauberbischofsheim is a formerly independent and in the meantime incorporated village, which lies approx. 5 km away from the city centre of Tauberbischofsheim. The village offers a beautiful beer garden and a restaurant in the local hotel. In the neighbouring village Werbach three restaurants are within walking distance.
The Glamping Mobile is ideally located for all holidaymakers who enjoy hiking and cycling. A lockable bicycle storage room with loading facilities for e-bikes is available. Birdwatching is a highlight of this accomodation.
The Tauber Valley also offers sightseeing from Rothenburg via the Bronbach Monastery to Wertheim and Würzburg. The spa town of Bad Mergentheim, only 25 km away, has the beautiful Solymar Therme, which invites you to relax. Swimmers will also get their money's worth in the adjacent sports pool. In addition, the game park for families with children or the beautiful spa park for strolling are worth seeing.
A holiday alternative are Shopping Trips to the surrounding Outlets: Wertheim Village, S'Oliver in Rottendorf with peppering castle or the terry cloth manufacturer Pahl in Kuelsheim.
The Tauber Glamping Mobil consists of a former Tempo Matador construction site vehicle, which has been lavishly and luxuriously restored with local cedar wood in the interior, and an associated trailer in which the kitchen and bathroom are accommodated.
In the living area guests will find a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm lying surface) with slatted frame, extra large blankets with linen and additional pillows. A comfortable couch invites you to relax. Guests can eat in the Glamping Mobile at the creatively designed counter, which was specially built from old vehicle parts. Of course there is another table and comfortable chairs with cushions for 4 persons in the outdoor area. There guests can also use sunbeds and parasols. Storage space is available in the cupboard, under the bed for a large suitcase and under the counter.
The Glamping Mobil stands from April to September on an orchard near Hochhausen in an absolute isolated location. Guests can park at the edge of the meadow, along the next street. Bicycles can be safely locked up at the Münch family's premises a few 100 meters away and e-bikes can also be loaded overnight. There you can also use the washing machine and dryer.
The keys are usually handed over personally by the landlord. If this is not possible, the key will be deposited in a key safe after consultation. Guests will find a detailed information folder in the holiday apartment, which explains everything from excursion destinations to shopping possibilities to technology.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation on request.
Conditions and extras
On arrival, guests pay the landlord directly in cash or by EC card.
When booking we expect a deposit of 50% of the total price. Guests will receive a confirmation directly from the landlord after booking.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. In the case of a later cancellation, a total of 80% of the tour price is due.
