Ferienhaus Milders is situated at the beginning of Milders in a quiet location but also centrality. Close to our house you find a Spar supermarket, walking routes (bank path), cross country skiing slopes and the bus stop. In Winter time the Skibus in the Stubai valley is free. Ideal starting point for all activities. Apartments from 45 m².

Our Apartment 1 is located on the first floor of our guesthouse. It offers space for 2-3 people in two rooms. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and tea kettle, and has an adjoining living room with satellite TV, not to mention its own bathroom. Of course, free WiFi is available in the apartment. On the balcony you can enjoy the breath-taking view of the Stubai Mountains up close.

• We are happy to heat our sauna for you on Mondays and Thursdays between 06:00 and 08:00 pm.
• Parking is available right outside our guesthouse.
• We are happy to offer a fresh roll service for all our holiday apartments. You will find the rolls outside your apartment door every morning (except Sundays and holidays).
• The bus stop for the ski and hiking bus is only a 2-minute walk away from our house.

 

General Information:

• Bed sheets and table linen are included in all holiday apartments. Please bring your own towels.
• We kindly ask you to settle invoices in cash on the evening prior to your departure.
• The holiday apartments are available to you from 03:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by 09:30 am to allow for proper cleaning.
