Charming house with fenced garden

This unique house is located in the centre of the village within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The spacious surroundings in this border area with the Netherlands are the scene of several beautiful parks and nature reserves. To name a few: Carons Hofke, Graafs Bos, Zwart Goor, the Welfare colonies of Merksplas and Wortel/Hoogstraten. We may noy forget the valley of the Merkske! And also not the Turnhoutse Vennen area. Several 10-kilometre walking areas!

Merksplas is a village near the Dutch border with a large and safe bicycle network. There are a few bicycles available for free for the guests. A men's and a women's bicycle. Also 2 bicycles for children of about 12 years old. You will find connections to various cycling and mountain biking routes. And you can enjoy the delicious Burgundian life at the same time.

Furthermore, the location of the holiday home lends itself perfectly to making day trips by car or train to our beautiful Belgian and Dutch provincial cities. Antwerp, Breda, Tilburg, Mechelen, Ghent, Hasselt, 's-Hertogenbosch. Bruges, Brussels or The Hague and Amsterdam are also within easy reach.

The garden has been lovingly designed by the original owners and is a place of peace for everyone.
You have a large enclosed garden with several terraces and garden furniture where you can barbecue.
From May to September you can enjoy the sun-heated pool.

Also inside, a lot of time has been spent to make it a comfortable and warm home.
The house is cosily decorated and fully equipped. The living room has a wood-burning stove and the kitchen is equipped with an oven and a grill, among other things. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub.

The children can enjoy the football game or the ping-pong table.

    “Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen im diesem Ferienhaus. Herzlicher Empfang vom Eigentümer, er war jederzeit zu erreichen , wunderbar. Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit Ambiente und ausreichend Platz und allem was man täglich braucht. Sehr zentral für Ausflüge in mehrere Metropolen gelegen.
    Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen.
