Residence Birikina on the property of 600m2 is situated in Nova Vas, a small village, located just 5 km from the center of Porec. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, you have found the perfect place for you and your family. There are five modern color themed apartments that have everything you need for a perfect vacation. Every apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi internet access and fully serviced kitchen. There is also a 45m2 large shared swimming pool with the loungers and a pool desk where you can enjoy warm summer days. Just 10m from the villa there is a bistro-pizzeria "Birikin" and the nearest shop is 400m away. Apartments located on the ground floor are ensured with the alarm system so you can feel safe and fully enjoy your holidays. There is also a private parking available for the guests.

    “Die Ferienwohnung war super schön! Alles was man benötigt hat diese Wohnung. In jedem Raum befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, was bei diesen hohen Temperaturen, in Istrien,perfekt war. Es ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und abgestimmt. Die Poolanlage (beleuchtet) ist sauber, groß und es war schön, das es Badezeiten gab ( 9.00-22.00 Uhr). So wurde kein Gast gestört. Positiv: Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und immer für einen da! Sehr schön war, das es direkt auf dem Grundstück eine Pizzeria gab, welche dem Vermieter gehört. Unbedingt ausprobieren - es schmeckt, die Bedienung ist schnell und freundlich. Negativ: Leider liegt das Haus an einer gut befahrenen Straße Beste Reisezeit: Summer, autumn - Wir waren Ende August bist Mitte September und es war perfekt, nur einen Tag Regen. Restaurant: Pizzeria - lecker,schnelle Bedienung, sehr freundliches Personal”
