These apartments in a hilly location are in Massarosa in the Bargecchia area. It is a holiday house from the 16th century with three holiday apartments, which were renovated in 2003, preserving their original style.

Each apartment has a terrace with a table, chairs and a grill. There are car parking spaces on site. The owner looks forward to welcoming you with an Italian aperitif. Lunch and dinner can be booked on request, at a supplementary charge, serving Italian dishes only. The washing machine and dryer can be used on request for a fee, in one of the properties on site. If the owner is absent, then the caretakers Alberto and Teresa are available around the clock. Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed in the pool area. Please note that there are three cats and a dog on site. The whole site is fenced.

It is 150 metres to a grocery shop, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop, two restaurants and two bars. One of the two bars also sells tobacco products and international newspapers. Many supermarkets are accessible by car, within about 4km. Viareggip and Massarosa have lots of supermarkets, including l’Essalunga in Via Aurelia Nord, which also offers a home delivery service. The holiday accommodation is not far from the art cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence. In summer the Summer Festival is held in Lucca, and in October and November there is the Lucca Comics & Games Festival. It is worth visiting the Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago Puccini, as well as the Acquarium Genoa. It is just a short distance to the Cinque Terre strip of coast. The Viareggio train station is about 8km from the property. There are also bus connections to Viareggio. It is about 30km to the Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa. Transfers can be arranged on request (payable).

The holiday apartment of around 100m² is a ground-level building and has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190cm). The bathroom has a shower. The living room has a fireplace, satellite TV and a sofa bed (130 x 180cm) for one or two children to sleep on, a dining space and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.
