This beautiful vacation home is located on Rønshoved Strand and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Flensburg Fjord from the house and terrace. You can see the Ox Islands and on a clear day you can even see all the way to Flensburg. The kitchen is in open connection with the dining area and the living room. There is a wood stove and an energy-saving heat pump to heat the house. Outside there are several beautiful terraces, some of which are covered, so you can be in the fresh air in any weather.

You live not far from the water and can therefore quickly just jump into the cool water. Within walking distance are two gourmet restaurants: The Fakkelgaard and the restaurant Bind offer special experiences for the palate. Flensburg on the detuschen side and the cozy Danish port town of Apendrade are also within short distance and can be reached quickly by car.

You can also go for a hike or a mountain bike tour on Gendarmstien. Gendarmstien is one of the most beautiful hiking routes in Denmark. The 84-kilometer coastal hiking route is divided into four daily stages: the mountain stage, the Tegl stage, the Krage stage and the beach stage. Each stage winds along the shores of the fjord, offering a varied and sometimes hilly landscape. Along the trail, you will have ample opportunity to see rare plants and animals, as well as many interesting biotopes and landscapes ranging from orchids, frogs and birds to tunnel valleys, cliffs and rocky reefs. At the same time you can explore the history and the many myths and legends associated with Gendarmstien and the borderland.
