The apartment is away from the main tourist traffic, but has a direct view of Sella and Seiser Alm.Comfortable apartment in mountainous surroundings with a magnificent view from your balcony, an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling in the summer or for cross-country skiing and piste fun in winter

From the large corner balcony facing south-west you can enjoy a magnificent view.

The cosy apartment, flooded with light and Alpine fragrances, is ideal for families and friends. In the spacious living room there are a dining table and sofa. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the third has a single bed. The bathroom has a bath and a WC. The kitchen is fully equipped , with an oven, dishwasher and fridge.

Owing to the optimal location, Lajen is always in the sunshine. Sellaronda in the winter, hiking and walking in the spring and summer, Törggelen in the autumn – every season has something to offer here. The ski bus stop is 50 metres from the apartment. You can get to the superski area in 20 minutes, which has the largest ski carousel in the world (twelve regions with 1220 km of pistes). Lajen is also very popular among cross-country skiers. Between Gossensaß and Lajen alone there are 24 trails. In the summer you can get to neighbouring villages and refreshment chalets along lovely hiking trails. The area is also ideal for cycling and biking, and there are two tennis courts a kilometre from the apartment. On the main square in Lajen (150 metres away) there are a bank, supermarket and several restaurants. The restaurant Gasthof zur Korne, which dates back to 1570, offers delicious, inexpensive and typical dishes.
